About Sound Healing
Sound healing is a gentle yet powerful practice that uses sound, vibration, and frequency to support balance in the body and nervous system. Everything in the body vibrates at its own natural frequency. Stress, emotions, and daily life can disrupt this balance, often without us realizing it.
Through the use of sound-healing instruments such as singing bowls and tuning forks, sound healing helps calm the nervous system, release tension, and bring the body back into a state of harmony. Many people experience deep relaxation, emotional release, clarity, and a renewed sense of connection after a session.
Sound healing is accessible to everyone and requires no prior experience. You are invited to simply lie down, listen, feel, and receive. Each session meets you exactly where you are.
Voice & Sound Healing
In addition to sound-healing instruments, the human voice plays a central role in Alizée’s sessions. As a singer, Alizée intuitively weaves her voice into the soundscape, harmonizing with the instruments to create a deeply immersive and nurturing experience.
The human voice carries unique frequencies that can reach places beyond words. When combined with sound-healing instruments, it creates a powerful field of resonance that supports nervous-system regulation, emotional release, and a sense of inner safety. Some sessions include intuitive singing and toning, while others focus solely on instruments — you are always free to choose what feels right for you.
Sessions are available both individually and in groups. Whether you come to rest, reset, or reconnect with yourself, you are held in a safe and supportive space where body and mind are gently invited back into balance.

Group Sound Healing Sessions : Sound Baths
A sound bath is a peaceful, resting experience guided by gentle sounds and vibrations.
In each session, six people are welcomed into my studio to lie down comfortably, warm, and at ease.
You don’t need to do anything at all. Wear comfortable clothes, make yourself cozy, and simply listen. The sounds create a space for the body to soften, the mind to slow down, and for deep relaxation to unfold naturally.
All you have to do is lie down, listen, and rest.
